This SCSI adapter assembly provides a simple and effective means of connecting older SCSI-1 devices to newer SCSI-2 devices. The 68-pin CN68 (Centronics) connectors are found on many first generation SCSI controllers, peripherals, and drives. The 50-pin HPDB50 (Micro-D) connectors are found on many second generation SCSI controllers, peripherals and drives. A rugged aluminum adapter body with stainless steel jackscrews ensures a tight, reliable, grounded interface.
