How to Submit Your Tax Exempt Certificate to Amphenol Cables on Demand
Simply follow these easy steps to have sales tax eliminated from your orders:
1.) Fax your tax exempt certificate to Customer Service at: (607) 321-2186
2.) Or e-mail your certificate to: Customerservice@CablesOnDemand.com
3.) Once the certificate is received, we will update your account's tax status
4.) If ordering by phone, please mention that your certificate is on file with us
5.) If ordering on the web, write your tax status in the comments box at checkout*
- *The comments box is located on the Payment Options page at checkout.
- Customer Service will remove any tax upon processing your order.
